Hall’s Crabapple Jelly uses a combination of Dolgo and Hislop crabapples to create the perfect flovour, texture, and colour. We hand pick the crabapples when they are at the peak of maturity so as to use only the natural pectin of the apples in our jelly. Sugar is added to the juice and then filtered to produce a savory crimson jelly. Our crabapple jelly is wonderful as a spread on toast, or as a compliment to most meat.
